2010年美国夏令营虞斯奕

　　Dominguez Hills School

　　    The first week of our summer camp, we stayed in Dominguez Hills. It's a very big college of California States.

　　    We took three classes in this school in the morning. Our teacher was Ms MaryAnn. She is an old American lady. On the first day, we studied how to describe a person in the picture. From his appearance, to his actions and his feelings. On the next day, we continued learning how to describe a person and we also did a self test. I got "-13"at last, it means I have "13" mistakes. I'm surprised at this.Why don't just give me a "87"? It just because the teacher wants us to know how many mistakes do we have, not comparing with others of the scores. I felt confidence and I'm sure I can do better in my future. On the last day, Ms MaryAnn surfed the internet to show us some notices of Disneyland.One of those was "Take a towel if you want to go to Water World."

　　   It really gave me a big help because I got throughly wet after played the "WaterWorld".If I didn't take my towel, I don't know when I'm going to be dry. Another new thing is that you don't need to stand up when answering questions.This makes me feel warm.Just like talking to your friends.

　　   Dominguez Hills,it's a big and warm school.Our teacher Ms Mary Ann made me feel more confidence, gaining more knowledge and becoming happier in the trip of America.
